1 on 1 Coaching are supportive 1 hour sessions, in a serene environment ,where you as a client get the time and patience to clarify your current health situation and to set inspiring health and wellness goals.

  • Two one-hour sessions per month (or customized)
  • Set and accomplish goals
  • Explore healthy food choices
  • Understand and reduce cravings
  • Increase energy
  • Email support between sessions
  • Handouts and other materials

Every session deals with each aspect of life which supports reaching and maintaining your goals beyond your journey.
